Meeting facilities

3Square Zwijnaarde is a site that features nine rooms with a capacity of 8 to 280 people.

• Herald Tribune: this cosy boardroom has a capacity of 8 people around a square table. Besides being a small meeting room, it is also the perfect space for a lunch or dinner in all discretion. 
• Telegraph: a spacious boardroom with a standard capacity of 16 people around a large oval table.
• Wall Street Journal: this spacious, flexible room has a capacity of up to 75 people and can be set up in various styles.
• Le Monde: this spacious, flexible room has a capacity of up to 90 people and can be set up in different styles. It is an ideal room for school style/U-style arrangements for up to 30 people.

All rooms are standard equipped with tables, chairs, wifi, projector and flip-chart. In some rooms a TV screen, sound system, microphone and headset are standard. Fully in line with the current zeitgeist, there is the possibility for livestream meetings.

Accessiblity

3Square Zwijnaarde is part of a spacious business complex, where there are both underground and above-ground parking facilities. Located near the Zwijnaarde business centre and a major arterial road around Ghent, 3Square Zwijnaarde is also very easily accessible.
