Auberge du Pêcheur has long been an established name in Sint-Martens-Latem. The location offers a combination of hotel, brasserie, event and meeting facilities right on the banks of the river Leie.

Hotel rooms

Auberge du Pêcheur has 32 hotel rooms with 4 different room types: comfort and luxury room, junior suite en suite. You can add buffet-style breakfast to your stay in this charming, boutique hotel. The rooms are equipped with all modern facilities: television, coffee, wifi,... and a private bathroom with bath and/or shower. 

Food & Drinks

At this location you will also find a brasserie with à la carte menu and three course menu Pêcheur. The dishes are carefully composed by the chef and are renewed every month. In this way they respond to the season but also meet everyone's wishes. You can reserve a table in the brasserie for lunch and dinner. A business lunch is also served from Monday to Friday.

Meeting rooms

In addition to a charming hotel and gourmet brasserie, Auberge du Pêcheur can organise an event, meeting, training... The various rooms offer the possibility of organising a customer event or wedding party on the banks of the river Leie, with all the natural beauty in the background. A unique setting for your event! 
The meeting rooms, divided over the main building and three outbuildings, have, besides their own unique character, a view of a natural environment. Nothing suggests that you are in the spacious surroundings around Ghent! All seminar rooms are equipped with beamer, projection screen, flipchart, whiteboard...
