AuditoRium4

AuditoRium4 is a brand new accommodation comprising 5 multi-purpose and multifunctional spaces, including a spacious auditorium for plenary lectures with an adjoining meeting room and several break-out rooms for workshops. All rooms can be used separately or in combination.

Aula4 is equipped with the most advanced audiovisual facilities: giga-screen (6 x 10 m), twitterwall, wireless internet, powerful sound system and theatre spotlights. In short, everything is available for a state-of-the-art happening. The modern infrastructure adapts effortlessly to the needs of your event, fair or congress.

Service

Service staat bij AuditoRium4 centraal, van onthaal tot afbouw. Naast een professionele keuken om je event tot een culinair hoogtepunt te brengen, beschikt AuditoRium4 ook over een eigen parking.

Accessibility

AuditoRium4 is located in the Communication Campus along the R4 and the Ghent Ring canal. Easy to reach by car for those coming from the E40 or the E17, or by train. AuditoRium4 offers shuttle services to and from the nearby Gent Sint-Pieters station (5 minutes).
