MeetingCenteR4 offers you different rooms, each tailored to your meeting, brainstorming or training. MeetingCenteR4 is an inexpensive formula that fully meets the needs and wishes of the client.

Different rooms

The location consists of: Resteau4 and BoRdeau4 with break-out room CointReau4 and ARisteau4 with an adjoining break-out room FigaReau4. Room Perspective is also one of the possibilities. The different rooms can also be combined for break-out sessions. Groups up to 30 people can hold meetings in a bright room with modern infrastructure and peaceful views. Everything is there to allow you to have your meeting in optimal conditions: screen with Clickshare, wifi, flipchart with pens, ...

Food & Drinks and accessibility

MeetingCenteR4 has its own professional kitchen for culinary meetings. The location is close to Ghent Sint-Pieters train station, the Ghent arterial road R4 and the Expo interchange (E17/E40). MeetingCenteR4 is locatedinn the Communication Campus and also has its own car park.
