Park of Beervelde

The Park of Beervelde, a 25 hectare private domain, is thanks to its unique setting and excellent accessibility (2 km from exit 11 of the E17) the perfect location for the organisation of your event!

The different meeting rooms

The Park of Beervelde has three different meeting rooms situated around the atmospheric courtyard of the historic coach house. The rooms can be rented separately or together for the same event. In this way, exclusivity is guaranteed.  All rooms are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible for the disabled. The Orangerie, the main hall, is equipped with a beamer and screen as well as WIFI. The Orangerie has a maximum capacity of 130 people but can also be arranged for smaller events. Seminar, incentive & team building, staff party, photo reportage, product presentation, lecture, exhibition, workshop, etc. are just a small selection of the possibilities offered by our rooms and the Park.

Green setting in historic location

The green setting combined with the historical location guarantee a unique experience of your event. Upon arrival your guest will be surprised by the beauty of the site. 

There is also a spacious private car park, located near the Coach House. The Park is also located right next to the train station of Beervelde. A guided tour of the location is of course possible on request.
