Brasserie Klooster

Brasserie Klooster is located on the border of Ghent. The completely renovated establishment opened its doors again in May 2019. In the street there are easy parking facilities. Brasserie Monastery has a covered terrace that is also heated, 3 fully equipped meeting rooms and a cozy brasserie with lots of light, cosy corners and a fireplace.

Food & Drinks

The brasserie is open every day from 11am onwards.
The kitchen team is led by chef Tom De Maertelaere. The menu is varied and offers well-known classics and more daring dishes. There are also seasonal suggestions.
Between 14h30 and 17h30 you can choose from a tea-room menu with some 'to share dishes', pastas, pancakes and waffles.

Capacity meeting rooms

The 3 fully equipped meeting rooms have a capacity of 40, 50 and 150 people respectively, depending on the setup. Each room is equipped with a flipchart, a beamer, a projection screen and free wifi.

Brasserie Monastery is part of 'les brasseries de Breyne': Restaurant Cafe Theatre in Ghent Centre, restaurant Nenuphar in Ghent - Afsnee and restaurant Patyntje in Ghent.
