Stand at the helm of a Minerva boat or luxury sloop.
Sail with your friends, colleagues or family for a few hours or a full day on the touristy Leie. You sail in peace and quiet along beautiful gardens and past the painters villages of St.-Martens-Latem and Deurle. Every day you can also explore the historic centre of Ghent on a few convertible boats and luxury sloops. Because of the very busy traffic in the centre of Ghent, boating experience is definitely recommended.

Joy on the water

• Standard boats / convertibles up to 4 people
• Luxury sloops 5, 6, 10 and 12 persons
• Very simple operation
• No licence or experience required (min. 18 yrs)
• You will not encounter any locks or swing bridges on the shipping route
• Pets are not allowed on the boats
• Qualified personnel present for all useful information, advice and directions
• Our boats are equipped with a tracking system.
• Captain can be hired

Teambuilding and large groups

All sloops and boats are comfortably equipped so you can fully enjoy. Also for large groups they have sufficient supply for example for a teambuilding or bachelor party. Minerva Boat Company has a total capacity for 142 persons.

The boats depart from the Minerva harbour, at the corner of the Coupure and the Lindenlei.
