Quadratum 1769 is a stylish courtyard farmstead nestled in the heart of a picturesque village in the Flemish Ardennes, carefully restored in 2020, with the showpiece being the barn dating from 1769. This is the perfect location for multi-day seminars and meetings in style!

Inspiring interior

The exclusive property is finished with high-quality materials and features 7 rooms with private bathrooms, with a total capacity of up to 22 people. The spacious dining room can be transformed into a meeting room, thanks to the presence of an overhead projector and flip chart. Inspiring brainstorming sessions can be held in the welcoming lounge or in the beautifully furnished mezzanine.

Meetings under an 18th-century roof truss

The pièce de résistance of this home is the large open barn. You don't knock down a building dating back to 1769, even though it was a real feat to preserve the original wooden truss.

How about an outdoor meeting where extra oxygen can spark new ideas under the 18th-century roof truss? This 150 m² open space also lends itself to enjoying a cold beer at the bar, ping pong, the choice is yours ...The open barn is also a special setting for team-building activities. From the holiday home, we set out for a bike ride of about 15 km, making several culinary stops along the way, with a visit to a vineyard, a wine tasting session, followed by lunch in a yurt. Breakfast the next day is loaded with the region's tastiest 'mattentaart' (round cheesecake in puff pastry), artisanal and organic charcuterie and yogurt.
