Spazio24

The location is located in the former director's house of the eskimo factory. Spazio24 is located on the site of the textile factory, which in the meantime has been completely renovated into an event location and business village. The cross-fertilization between the different companies creates creative ideas, innovative activities and a great atmosphere.

Meeting place 

Spazio 24 wants to be a meeting place and complement for the site and its surroundings. A meeting place where you can enjoy a delicious coffee or a nice glass of wine during the day, where you can work on your laptop and where you can network and/or socialize. In the afternoon a weekly, changing lunch is served in a friendly atmosphere.
In addition, Spazio24 is a multifunctional space for events, corporate & private. For meetings, workshops, photo shoots, seminars, product presentations, etc... Due to its versatility, the space is suitable for many activities. The location has 3 spaces that can be rented separately or together.

Spacio Ampio

Spazio Ampio: Capacity: 75 people sitting - 99 people standing. Spazio Ampio is an industrial space with brick vaults and was designed with Italian flair by interior architect Herlinde Deschacht. The multifunctional space can be rented for all kinds of private or company events: product presentations, seminars, photo shoots, workshops,... up to 100 people. During the week the space is used as a gift shop & lunch restaurant. In the afternoon, cake and coffee can be enjoyed. Catering can be provided by Spazio24.

Spacio Riunioni

Spazio Riunioni: Capacity 22 people. Spazio Riunioni is a light-rich space which, with its white/black interior and view of the water, creates a peaceful environment where there is room for inspiration and creativity. The space can be booked on weekdays and weekends. Use can be made of our lunch formula or custom catering can be provided.

Spacio Piccolo

Spazio Piccolo is a sober, but design-oriented office space. It is a bright space with a view of the water that radiates tranquillity and offers space for inspiration.
