Eric works exclusively with home-grown grapes. He will take you on a tour of the wine estate, where you will learn all about the artisanal production process and the resistant grape varieties. And of course you will also finish with a tasting of the 4 wines: a spicy sparkling wine, a light rosé, a lively white wine and a powerful red wine. Which one is your favourite?
